With the beginning of July the structures of DLH Poland Sp. z o.o, one of the world's largest suppliers of wood and wood products were strengthened by Ewa Rafalska, who took over as a Marketing Manager. She will be responsible for all marketing and communication activities, as well as implementation of new initiatives in the field of sales support.
Ewa Rafalska brings to the Polish branch of DLH Poland LLC a rich sales and marketing experience and numerous skills regarding creating and implementing business strategies. Her educational path started at the University of Wroclaw where she began International relations studies that allowed her to explore the secrets of effective communication and to improve negotiation techniques.
She enriched those skills during the Postgraduate Management Studies and successfully realizing the program of the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. Prior to joining DLH Poland LLC, she coordinated relationships with key customers at Lellek Group LLC, and then as a specialist of Public Relations at Lafarge Roofs LLC, then Monier LLC responsible for product marketing and Internet tools. After the successes in sales and marketing project management Ewa Rafalska started working on the creative implementation of new brands in the Pfleiderer Grajewo SA company as a Marketing Project Manager. She gained additional experience in comprehensive customer consulting and support with GFO Fusion Media realizing integrated marketing campaigns and sales support strategies.
Openness to new challenges, focusing on cooperation and initiative are qualities that aptly characterize Ewa’s business model. She defines herself as a type of a creative leader who sees the success of any project in teamwork and effective communication. Dynamism, professionalism and responsibility are the values that the new Marketing Manager follows in her professional life, and which are also consistent with the ideals of DLH Poland LLC
