The new Acren mineral-acrylic board from DLH Poland is a product created from one hundred percent acrylic resin and high-fillers, combining the best features of both those components. By using the latest production technology, this material is not time vulnerable and even after long use retains its original features.
Exceptional technical parameters
Versatility of Acren boards is the source of their exceptional flexibility. This raw material, heated to the appropriate temperature, can be freely bent and shaped, allowing you to accomplish even the most daring architectural visions. After completion of the thermoforming of the material above-average hardness and resistance to temperatures up to 210 degrees Celsius is achieved. The possibility of jointless boards conection can integrate countertops and sinks in order to obtain a uniform, monolithic surface. Moreover, minor scratches and dents formed at the surface can be easily fill up, while serious mechanical damage can be repaired by pasting new elements. The uniqueness of Acren boards is also their construction. The mineral-acrylic composite is nonporous material and is completely resistant to moisture and fluids. Thanks to that its surface is stain resistant, does not change color, it is also resistant to chemicals. In addition, the lack of micropores prevents the proliferation of germs, inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, providing a sterile, clean surface, guaranteed by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene Certificate. Acren boards are also extremely easy to maintain - to retain the perfect look, simply wipe it regularly with a damp cloth.
